La nuova tecnica, spostando l’incisione in aree meno esposte, consente di preservare il complesso areola-capezzolo e ridurre i rischi di complicanze post-operatorie.
Risultati dello studio: una riduzione significativa del dolore e delle complicanze
L’analisi dei dati ha rivelato che la mastectomia endoscopica รจ associata a una diminuzione del 20% del dolore post-operatorio e delle complicanze, in particolare della necrosi del complesso areola-capezzolo, rispetto alla tecnica convenzionale. Inoltre, la maggior parte delle pazienti ha potuto beneficiare di una ricostruzione immediata della mammella, con tassi di successo paragonabili a quelli della chirurgia tradizionale.
Toesca ha specificato che l’intervento eseguito tramite un’unica incisione nella regione ascellare ha dimostrato di rispettare maggiormente l’anatomia e la sensibilitร cutanea, portando a un miglioramento della qualitร della vita delle pazienti.
